ACER launches a customer experience store in Kolkata

Kolkata, Feb 12 (IBNS): Leading laptop and personal computer maker Acer on Thursday opened its first customer experience store of the eastern region in Kolkata where the company showcases its full range of products and innovative solutions for businesses, homes and professionals.

The store was opened at E-mall in central Kolkata's GC Avenue.

ChandrahasPanigrahi, Sr. Director and Consumer Business Head, Acer India, inaugurated the store.

At the inauguration, Panigrahi said: "Our aim is to help our shoppers make an informed choice and we hope to do so by giving him an unmatched experiences in this retail ambience.”

The new format Acer retail store features a wide range of electronic and hardware products including Laptop, Desktop, Monitors and tablets in a dedicated retail space. The interesting part of the Acer store is customer can express their thoughts or experiences on a dedicated wall.
