AirAsia India sells 25,000 promo seats within 48 hours of opening

New Delhi, June 3 (IBNS): AirAsia India on Tuesday announced that it has sold out 25,000 promo seats, within 48 hours of opening for bookings.

The first flight from Bangalore (BLR) – Goa (GOI) on  June 12 was sold out within 10 minutes of opening for sales.

Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia India, Mittu Chandilya said, “We are very excited by the feedback we received from the market. Our motto has always been to make everyone fly and we have already begun to show that we are true to our promise. We will revolutionize the Indian aviation industry with our quality services. On behalf of AirAsia India I would like to thank every stakeholder who has worked towards making our launch a success. ”

All inclusive fares from as low as Rs 990 are available for booking on flights from Bangalore to Chennai, Chennai to Bangalore, Bangalore to Goa and Goa to Bangalore, the company informed.
