E3 to be held in Kolkata in November, 2016

Kolkata, Sept 24 (IBNS): Eastern India’s energy convention event, “E3” is scheduled to be held from Nov 18 – 20 at Milan Mela ground in Kolkata, West Bengal.


The three-day convention will witness a congregation of thought leaders and industry experts of Power and Energy sector and provide the exhibitors from around the world to showcase their innovations to the decision makers.

The E3 convention will focus on primary areas of energy conservation and sustainable developments in the sector, focusing on the areas of distribution, MSME, consumer electronics and overall global advancements in the energy sector.

E3 - Energize Empower East, a biennial platform, will have an assured presence of key buyers and visitors from all across the world. The convention will create a seamless amalgamation of some of the most sought after power solutions with special emphasis on renewable energy resources.

The technical interactive seminars and conference sessions will empower the enthusiast, experienced and the budding entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and global trends of Power and energy sectors.

During the curtain raiser Rajeev Kumar Shah, Chairman, IEEMA Eastern Region said: “Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Association (IEEMA) is focused in creating a holistic growth map for the power and energy sector in India. We customize the events to maximize the potential for all the parties involved in the process, making it a success for everybody. This year also we plan to bring together industry experts, Policy makers and other influential people to churn out the best thoughts to push the potential of the Power & energy sector ahead in the international curve.”

Sharan Bansal, Vice Chairman, Ieema Eastern Region said: “West Bengal is one of the most progressive states and has a huge potential to contribute towards the growth of the sector. This year we are bringing in the stakeholders of the power and energy sectors to enlighten the participants on the unprecedented growth opportunities that lies within the renewable energy sector in India.”

E3 is the manifestation of India’s energy sector and brings together the eminent dignitaries from all over the world, thought leaders, policymakers to discuss, resolve issues and exchange ideas on several pertinent trends and issues of the power and energy sector in India.

Many international manufacturers and more and highly qualified and strategic buyers from across the globe are also expected during the three day convention, with participation from more than 150 companies and individual contributors.4
