General Motors India strengthens its network in Maharashtra

Solapur, Mar 29 (IBNS) : As part of its commitment to reach out to more customers, General Motors India today inaugurated a new dealership in Solapur, Aarya Chevrolet, increasing its reach to 22 sales outlets and 26 service facilities in the state.

In all, GM India now has 202 Sales Points and 227 Service outlets across the country. Aarya Chevrolet is a 3S facility integrating sales, service and spares to cater to the needs of the customers in the region.

Commenting on the new dealership inauguration, Kaher Kazem, President and Managing Director, GM India said, “We have opened the new dealership in the wake of the increasing popularity of Chevrolet vehicles in Solapur. The facility will be headed by Mr. Rahul E. Basutkar and Mr. Nilesh V. Yadav, who are recognized as prominent business leaders with strong credentials in the state. We are confident that under their able leadership and guidance, the dealership will set new benchmark in sales, service and customer satisfaction.”

The 3S facility will provide a wide range of accessories and top-of-the-line support to its customers. A team of highly trained and equipped engineers will always be available at the workshop with the latest garage tools, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and computerized amenities for attending to the needs of customers.

As part of its commitment to continue providing customers an experience that they truly expect and deserve, GM India has introduced the Chevrolet Complete Care program to provide assured low cost of maintenance for Chevrolet customers across India.

‘Chevrolet Complete Care’ includes the industry-first Chevrolet Promise – assured low cost of maintenance, a Round-the-clock 24x7 Roadside Assistance Program which is free for 3 years with all new car purchases, and extended vehicle warranty at a nominal cost. Roadside Assistance package is also available for existing customers at a nominal cost provided the vehicle is not more than 5 years old.

GM India has also developed digital applications such as the Chevrolet Service Estimator Online tool available on the Chevrolet India website, which helps calculate periodic service costs, and the MyChevroletIndia mobile application, which helps locate & contact the nearest authorized Chevrolet service station. All these packages further improve the overall ownership experience of Chevrolet vehicles under the Chevrolet Complete Care program.
