Guwahati/IBNS: HR technology firm Vantage Circle has announced plans to almost double its workforce to over 400 employees within the next 2-3 years.

The Guwahati-based company, which began as a small startup in 2010, now serves over 700 global clients in more than 70 countries, primarily in India and the US, reported EastMojo.

Vantage Circle offers a range of employee engagement solutions, including rewards and recognition products.

In addition to its existing offices in Guwahati, Delhi, and Australia, the company is expanding into Europe and North America, with plans to enter the Latin American market. The majority of Vantage Circle's workforce consists of young professionals, with 40% being women.

The company has achieved its growth without external funding, relying on support from family and friends, and developing all its products in-house to cater to diverse client needs.
