Indian Rupee rises 13 paise against USD

| @indiablooms | May 10, 2022, at 10:54 pm

New Delhi: The Rupee on Tuesday gained 13 paise to close at 77.33 against the USD on brisk selling of the Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.

The local unit that surged 21 paise at 77.25 in early trade finished slightly weak from opening level at 77.33, up 13 paise as compared to its previous close.

The Rupee advanced owing to a weak dollar against other world currencies amid a weak equity market.

The Rupee registered the day's high and low at 77.23 and 77.39 respectively against the Dollar, the dealers added.
