METRO Cash and Carry Presents the 6th IFCA International Chefs Conference

Kolkata, Mar 20 (IBNS): Continuing with its initiative to offer hospitality professionals with an interactive knowledge-sharing platform, METRO Cash & Carry India, the country's most trusted wholesaler on Friday announced the launch of the 6th IFCA International Chefs Conference in Chennai.

Around 650 Chefs of Indian and International origin will get an excellent opportunity to be part of the three-day long event which features some prominent guest speakers from the hospitality industry.

The event will witness leading Chefs, gourmands, culinary connoisseurs and food writers participating on various panels to discuss topics like Modern Culinary Procurement, Worldchefs Certification, Schools Recognition, Canadian Culinary Insights, Trends, Diversity and Healthy trends in Future Menus.

A few prominent speakers present at IFCA International Chefs Conference were Cornelia Volino (Canada), Chef Uwe Micheel (Dubai), Chef Willment Leong (Thailand), Chef Thomas A Gugler (Jeddah), Chef Charles Carroll (USA), Chef John Sloane (Singapore) amongst many others.  Also in attendance will be gourmands such as Vir Sanghvi, Inderjit Bajaj, Kiruba Shankar and Kanishka Mazumdar.
