Patiala, Feb 5 (IBNS): Ola, India’s leading mobile app for transportation, celebrates its first anniversary in Patiala.

Ola launched its services in Patiala in early 2015 and has since transformed the way people travel within the city.

Ola introduced citizens in Patiala to the convenience of booking a cab through a mobile app.

Ola has seen tremendous acceptance and growth in the city and has scaled up from 50 to 200 cabs in just one year, growing at over 400 percent.

Celebrating its first anniversary in Patiala, Ola has plans to treat customers with a special offer. For one week starting tomorrow, Ola will offer every customer 100 percent cash back on rides paid through Ola Money, up to a maximum of Rs. 100.

Customers just need to use the coupon code HAPPYOLA while booking their ride to avail the cash back. The offer is applicable on both Mini and Sedan rides in Patiala.

Deep Singh, Business Head – North at Ola said, “We are thrilled to complete an exciting year in Patiala and take this opportunity to thank customers and driver-partners in the city. While Ola continues to gain more acceptance in the city from customers, we have on-boarded hundreds of driver-partners, who are committed to our mission of enabling mobility for everyone. We will continue our focus on Patiala and other cities in the region and further build scale to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, every single time.”
