New Delhi, Nov 9 (IBNS) Ola, India’s most popular mobile app for personal transportation is adding more cheer to Diwali celebrations for driver-partners on its platform as the company has partnered with Urban Ladder to bring gifts – big and small, to decorate and refurbish homes of select Ola drivers in 11 cities across India.

For this campaign, select drivers, based on their customer ratings and performance on the platform were chosen and were gifted beds, mattresses, sofas, dining tables and other home décor to give a new look to their homes this Diwali.

In partnership with Urban Ladder, the program extends to 11 cities including Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh and Coimbatore.

Pranay Jivrajka, COO at Ola said, “Our driver partners strive to make transportation, reliable and consistent even during the festive season, choosing service over celebration. It is their hard work and commitment that enables mobility for millions of Indians everyday, making Ola the first choice for users across 102 cities today! Beyond increased revenue and monetary incentives, it is these initiatives that help us stay connected to drivers, who are an integral part of our ecosystem. We are delighted that Urban Ladder has joined hands with us, to celebrate Diwali with our partners and to bring more cheer to them and their families.”

KaustabhChakraborty, VP - Operations- Urban Ladder said, "At Urban Ladder we believe that home is a very special place. We put in effort to make this special place beautiful and comfortable with thoughtful designs and good aesthetics. We are delighted that this Diwali we will be able to make more homes beautiful with Ola's thoughtful gesture to decorate homes of Ola cab drivers".
