Prasad Sonavane appointed as Director Sales, Dun & Bradstreet India

Kolkata, Nov 16 (IBNS): Dun & Bradstreet, a global leader in commercial data and insights on businesses, today announced the appointment of Prasad Sonavane as Director Sales, India.

Prasad will be responsible for the sales organisation of the Risk Management and Sales & marketing verticals.

Prasad brings over two decades of expertise working with brands like Titan, Asian Paints and Lintas. Prior to Dun & Bradstreet, Prasad was Director- Large Market Acquisition; with American Express. He has held several leadership roles in sales and strategy, across both the Issuing and Acquiring lines of businesses. He brings with him an experience of managing sales processes and channels, with the aim to build high performing, highly engaged, self-sustaining channel behavior.

Prasad is a MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management studies, has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai.

Commenting on the appointment, Manish Sinha, Managing Director, Dun & Bradstreet, India said, “I am excited to have Prasad join the team to lead the sales organization for Dun & Bradstreet, India. We are at a very interesting phase of growth as a company and I am confident that with Prasad’s coming on board, we will enhance our customer engagement further.”
