Professional home inspection expert ABCHI and MACJ partner in India
Kolkata, Apr 3 (IBNS): US based ABCHI (A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections), is expanding its footprints in India and has joins hands with the country's MACJ to launch its home inspection business.
Both the companies will investigate the residences thoroughly starting from plumbing to the bricks, before the customers spend a large amount and buy the homes.
Mahendra Sureka, Director,CEO, MACJ India said: “Professional Home Inspections Services is in the need of the hour. The demand is unlimited and we hope to provide quality and assured services with complete transparency that will fulfill the need of all stake holders, i.e developers, home buyers, real estate agents, bankers, insurers and the government. It will fill the void of the real estate industry as well as open new avenues of skilled peoples while providing employment opportunities in India.”
He also said that a professional home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of all accessible areas (system and components) of a property using normal operating controls, using specialized tools and equipment.

The Indian entity will submit comprehensive home inspection reports for customers (real estate developers & individual home buyer/owners) after inspections that will help them to make more informed decisions about the homes they are considering.
The JV (Joint Venture) Company will also market the franchisees to other motivated business oriented people around the country, including those in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and all other major cities of India.
The franchisees investment includes multiple certification courses from US, training, use of special tools & equipment, soft wares, and ongoing support from the corporate offices in India and USA.
