New Delhi/IBNS: The retail inflation based on Consumer Price Index (Combined) rose to a three-month high of 4.91 percent in November spurred by rising food prices.

ReFood inflation grew by 1.8 percent in November while the increase was 0.8 percent in the previous month, data released by the National Statistical Office (NSO) Monday showed.

There was a reduction in CPI inflation for fuel and light, paan, tobacco, and intoxicants, and miscellaneous items, the rise in inflation for food and beverages, housing, clothing, and footwear balanced it.
