Tata Docomo to organise customer awareness camp

Mumbai, June 16 (IBNS): Tata Docomo, the unified telecom brand of Tata Tele Services Ltd, will organize a Customer Education workshop on Friday in Mumbai.

The aim of this camp is to educate customers about the products and services of Tata Docomo and consumer friendly grievance redress mechanisms provided by the organization. These workshops are organized on a periodic basis by the company to gather valuable feedback from its customers.
