Mumbai / Kolkata, Nov 25 (IBNS): Tata Housing, a real estate company in India, on Wednesday announced expansion of its presence in the premium real estate space with the launch of its new project 'Eleve' in Mumbai, in collaboration with Neptune Group.
Conceptualized, marketed and managed by Tata Housing, ‘Eleve’ is spread across 22 acres of land. The project will offer a range of homes including 2BHK, 2.5BHK and 3BHK units, starting at Rs. 1.4 crore.

Located in Bhandup, ‘Eleve’ is in close proximity to all the important central business districts in Mumbai.

Commenting on the occasion, Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO, Tata Housing, said “We are extremely glad to partner with Neptune to expand our presence in Mumbai. ‘Eleve’, located in the heart of the region, will not only deliver the quality and living standards associated with all Tata Housing projects, but promises to be a lucrative housing choice that offers great connectivity, beauty and comfort to its residents. We, at Tata Housing, work consistently towards transforming the scenario of the real estate market with the aim of creating ‘an environment and a lifestyle’ through all our projects.”

Launching the new project ‘Eleve’, Nayan Bheda, CMD, Neptune Group said, “We are delighted to partner with the house of Tata’s once again. Our first association with the house of Tata – TCS occupies a large space at our project Neptune Element – has inspired us to corroborate with the group once again. We are delighted to embark on a journey to build a landmark project under the aegis of Tata Housing. This project is poised to benefit immensely from the vast experience of Tata Housing in creating landmarks developments across the country and Neptune’s strong brand presence locally in Bhandup. I am confident that together, our endeavor to provide a comfortable yet aspirational lifestyle through an innovative process of conceptualization-to-delivery will set a new benchmark and offer our customers a home to be proud of.”

‘Eleve’ offers a host of amenities and activities giving the residents more than the conventional residential complex.
