Volkswagen announces standardization of ABS and Dual Airbags as standard fitment across all variants of the Polo and Vento

Mumbai, Nov 29 (IBNS): Volkswagen, Europe’s leading car manufacturer, announces the introduction of ABS as a primary safety feature along with Dual Airbags, as standard fitment for all variants of the Polo and Vento.

Cars with the new standard fitments are available across all Volkswagen dealerships in India.

With the introduction of ABS and Dual Airbag as standard fitments, Volkswagen once again adheres to its commitment towards India and fulfils the exceptionally high safety standards that are intrinsic to the brand’s DNA.

The added safety feature of ABS to the Polo and Vento will set new benchmarks in safety by adopting global standards for all Volkswagen products in India.

With this announcement, Volkswagen will now enjoy a pioneer positioning towards ‘Safety’ in the Indian passenger car market.
