Covid19: Thirty-two patients recover in Moradabad

Moradabad/UNI: As a matter of relief, 32 patients recovered and returned to their homes after their coronavirus reports arrived negative in this Uttar Pradesh district on Friday.

District Magistrate Rakesh Kumar Singh here said that for the first time, 32 patients recovered together. He said that the first positive case was reported in the district on March 19.

Initially, fresh cases being reported every day but the decrease which was being observed in the COVID-19 affected figures since the past four days, was satisfactory.

He further said that among those who have recovered and returned to their homes, 12 were from TMU, 11 of the district hospital and nine from Bijnore CHC Haldore.

The infected patients of Moradabad were referred to the CHC. Their second reports arrived negative after getting infected which includes women and kids.

The DM added that now, the number of active cases in the district is 61.
