Didi Maa Sadhvi Ritambhara gifts a gym to people of east Delhi

New Delhi, May 26 (IBNS): Considering India’s rapidly growing need of wellness and fitness among the people of all ages, Didi Maa Sadhvi Ritambhara gifted a prime and fully equipped gym to the people of east Delhi.

The newly opened facility can be accessed at Ayurvedic Health Center Swami Paramanand Prakritik Chikitsalaya, a Delhi-based healthcare Centre incorporated with the Fitreaks Group, a premium chain of fitness centre in Delhi.

Speaking at the launch, Sadhvi Ritambhara said, "Today every twentieth person of the country is suffering from depression, stress and drowsiness. It can only be treated through workout, yoga and meditation in SPPC, where you get prime facility under the guidance of skilled trainers."

She also appreciated the efforts put in by Anubhav Jain, CEO of Fitreaks Group, and his partner for this center, Kamal Chawla. 

Sharing his business plan, Jain said, “The fitness sector in India is growth at a rapid rate of over 18 per cent and is expected to touch Rs 7,000 crore by 2017. Fitreaks Group will expand aggressively and plans to open 50 gyms across India by 2020 with an investment of Rs 20-35 crore."

Fitreaks already have their presence at Ashok Vihar and Paschim Vihar and has now opened at Vinod Nagar.
