India daily COVID-19 tally drops, 30,549 new cases recorded in past 24 hours

New Delhi: India's daily tally dropped as 30,549 new COVID-19 cases were recorded in the past 24 hours, as per Ministry of Health released data on Tuesday.

38,887patients recovered during the last 24 hours.

Recovery Rate currently stands at 97.38%.

The death toll due to the highly infectious disease now stands at 425195 as 422 people died in the past 24 hours.

India's Active caseload currently 4,04,958

Active cases constitute 1.28 percent of total cases

Weekly Positivity Rate remains below 5 percent. It currently stands at 2.39 percent.
