India records 36,571 new COVID-19cases in past 24 hours

New Delhi: India, the nation which witnessed the second wave of the deadly coronavirus outbreak, recorded 36,571 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, as per Ministry of Health of released data on Friday.

Meanwhile, 57.22 crore vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive.

Active cases account for 1.12 percent of total cases; lowest since March 2020.

India's Active caseload stands at 3,63,605; lowest in 150 days.

Recovery Rate increases to 97.54% which is the highest since March 2020.

36,555 recoveries recorded in the last 24 hours.

Total Recoveries now stands at 3,15,61,635.
