India reports 18,819 new Covid-19 cases, 39 deaths in 24 hours
New Delhi/IBNS: India reported 18,819 new Covid-19 cases while the toll went up by 39 in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said Thursday.
In the same span of time, 13,827 Covid-19 patients have recovered across the country.
The recovery rate is presently at 98.55%.
The active cases, which now stand at 1,04,555, comprise 0.24% of the total cases.
Under the national vaccination drive, 197.61 crore anti-Covid vaccine doses have so far been administered in the vast country of 1.3 billion people.
