India witnesses 520 COVID-19 deaths in past 24 hours
New Delhi: India registered 520 new deaths related to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, as per Ministry of Health data released on Saturday.
During the same period, India also recorded 44,684 new COVID-19 cases.
The total death toll due to the disease now stands at 1,29,188.
There are 4,80,719 active cases in the country at present.
So far, 81,63,572 people have been discharged from hospitals so far.
