Pakistan reports 110 COVID-19 deaths in past 24 hours

Islamabad: Pakistan on Friday confirmed the deaths of 110 coronavirus deaths during the last 24 hours due to COVID-19, media reports said.

This is the fourth consecutive day when Pakistan reported over 100 deaths due to the virus.

According to the health ministry, 64,481 tests were conducted during the last 24 hours out of which 5,364 came back positive. The total number of cases in the country so far is 745,182 and the death toll is 15,982, reports Dawn News.

The national positivity rate is 8.3 per cent.
