Rajasthan reports 49 fresh coronavirus cases, count mounts to 1,937

Jaipur/UNI:  Rajasthan recorded 49 new coronavirus cases on Thursday, taking the tally to 1937.

As per health department, of the 49 cases, Jodhpur recorded 20 cases, followed by Jaipur 12, Nagaur 10, four cases in Kota, two in Hanumangarh and one in Ajmer.

Till now, Jaipur has reported 737 cases, followed by Jodhpur 307, 118 cases in Kota, 115 in Tonk, 104 in Ajmer, 103 in Bharatpur, 85 in Nagaur, 61 in Banswara, 40 in Jhunjhunu, 37 in Bikaner, 34 in Jaisalmer, 33 in Bhilwara, 21 in Dausa, 14 in Churu, seven in Alwar, eight in Sawai Madhopur, five each in Dholpur and Dungarpur, four in Udaipur, three in Karauli, two each in Pali, Sikar and Pratapgarh, one in Barmer.

A total of 69,764 samples have been tested, of which 1,937 tested positive, 63,485 were negative while results of 342 are awaited.
