Turkey suspends flights to Italy due to coronavirus
Ankara/UNI: The Turkish Airlines on Saturday announced the suspension of its flights to Italy due to coronavirus outbreak that has so far claimed 14 lives in the European country.
In a statement, the company's media office announced changes to some trips to Italy due to high infections of coronavirus in recent days.
The current number of patients infected with the virus stands at 528 in Italy.
Earlier also on February 22, Turkey had barred entry for travelers from Iran with coronavirus symptoms.
