Weight loss and that too in a quick time is often a challenging process but a woman has recently lost 12 kgs in only three months!

A close look into the study finds the secret lies in food, balance and nourishment.

Saloni, a nutritionist and founder of MyFemily, shared how one of her clients lost such a big weight in only three months focusing on nutrition.

In an Instagram reel on her handle nutritionistsaloni, she shared step by step a full-day diet that helped her client in the weight loss journey.

7 am - Anti-inflammatory drink

7:30 am - Soaked nuts

8:30 am - Drink for skin

9:30 am - Protein rich food

12 noon - ABC juice

2 pm - Healthy salad

5 pm - Hormone balancing seed

7:30 pm - Healthy dinner

9 pm - Antibiotics drink

An anti-inflammatory diet is a way of eating designed to reduce chronic inflammation in the body — the kind linked to diseases like arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, and even some cancers.
