Assam Schools Reopen
Assam: Schools will reopen from Jan 1
Guwahati/UNI: The Assam government has decided to reopen the schools and all other educational institutes in the state from January 1, 2021.
“All institutes from elementary to university level will be resuming normal functioning from January 1,” education minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said while addressing media persons here.
However, nursery and primary colleges will be opened in a staggered manner.
The school will be reopening in Assam after ten months. All colleges and schools remained close in state from March 25, 2020.
