ï‚· 2 Fresh Ginger Slices
ï‚· Tonic to top

Method:
In a glass filled with ice, pour the vodka and add two freshly cut ginger slices. Top with tonic and gently stir and serve.

Ingredients:
ï‚· 45 ml Smirnoff Espresso
ï‚· 1 Lime Wedge
ï‚· Cola to top
Glassware: Highball [Tall Glass]
Method:
In a tall glass filled with ice pour Smirnoff espresso and top with cola. Gently stir. Squeeze a fresh lime wedge, drop and serve.
Johnnie and Lemon

ï‚· 50 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
ï‚· 150 ml White Lemonade
Glassware: Highball [Tall Glass]
Method:
In a glass filled with ice, pour the whisky. Add in the sweet lemonade and stir. Garnish with an orange slice or an orange peel. Garnish: Orange Slice or Orange Peel
Johnnie and Green Tea

ï‚· 50 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
ï‚· 150 ml Sweet Green Tea

Method:
Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the whisky. Add the sweet green tea. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Twilight Apple
A cocktail with a delicate yet intense flavour profile
Ingredients:
ï‚· 60 ml Black Dog Black Reserve
ï‚· 60 ml Apple Juice
ï‚· 3 Apple Wedges
Glassware: Highball [Tall Glass]
Method:
Fill the glass with ice. Pour the whisky with an equal amount of apple juice and stir well. Sprinkle some cinnamon dust over it. (Optional - Torch it to bring out the warm, woody aroma) Garnish with apple slices and a few berries.
Garnish: Cinnamon, Apple Slices, Berries

Ingredients:
60 ml Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve
25 ml Espresso
10 ml Cinnamon Cordial
1 Orange Wedge
Glassware: Old Fashioned [Tumbler]
Method:
Dreamy Dusk – Pour the whisky in a glass filled with ice and squeeze in an orange wedge.
Serene Sundowner – Add the cinnamon cordial to the Dreamy Dusk to enhance the complex notes and for a longer finish. (Alternative - Use warm sugar syrup infused with a stick of cinnamon as an alternative to the cinnamon cordial)
Scotch Sunset – Express some orange oil to the Serene Sundowner and add in the espresso for a creamy and sophisticated twist. (Tip – Squeeze the orange peel for it to release the oil)
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick, Orange Peel
Citrus Got Real
Up your scotch game with this citrus flavoured drink! Pair it with some sweet potato fries for the perfect match

15 ml lime juice
Orange Juice
Garnish: Lime Slice
