She has authored several books on plant-based nutrition and published articles in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Dr. Rahman discussed weight management and acne issues and debunked common myths about dairy products.

The talk also covered the causes of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and breast cancer, along with preventive measures.

The session concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, during which students clarified their doubts.

The event was followed by a wholesome vegan lunch, reinforcing the importance of healthy dietary choices through plant-based nutrition.
