This Poila Boishakh, Charnoks’s will feature an assortment of twenty tongue tantalizing, spicy and mouth-watering traditional Bengali Cuisine. The spread in ‘Nobobarsher Maha Bhoj’ enhance the gastronomical senses and brings out the true spirit of Poila Boishakh. 

Savour the taste of Bengal as you begin your way through the first innings with Moojar Bhaja, Radha Ballavi with Narkel Dia Chollar Dal, Baygun Basanti and Patol Bhaja with Ghee Bhaat & Bori Bhaja. Aam Porar Sorbet featuring in the menu does well to compliment the Bangaliana of the day. The luscious main course of the Maha Bhoj includes Topshe Tapashi, Chingree Enchorer Dalna, Chingree Bhapa, Kasa Mangsho and Gondhoraj Murghi. 
 
The Vegetarian fare includes Mochar Paturi, Narkel Poster Bora, Chhanar Malaicurry and many more such lip smacking Bengali Delights. Food fares in Kolkata usually culminate in a ‘sweet end’ and Charnock’s has made sure to treat Kolkatans with dollops of its signature Nolengurer Ice Cream and Kamola Bhog.
