The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat ready to ring in Christmas and New Year with buffet and bonhomie
Kolkata, Dec 20 (IBNS): The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat will hold a special Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Brunch at their all-day dining restaurant, Seasonal Tastes.
There will be live music by Francis Lepcha and Lady Cooger.
Highlights from the elaborate buffet includes ‘Classic Christmas Soup’, ‘Oven Roasted Turkey’, ‘Whole Roast Leg of Baby Lamb’, and ‘Suckling Pig’.
Two special food stations will display classic dishes from Goa and Kerala, such as ‘Prawn Balchao’, ‘Meen Pollichattu’, ‘Chicken Cafreal’, ‘Mutton Pepper Fry’, and ‘Vegetable Kurma’.
Those with a sweet tooth can check out the ‘Chocolate Ganache With Madeleine Sponge & Coffee Cream Filled Choux’, ‘Chocolate Bomb With Passion Jelly & Oven Dried Mandarin Orange Confit’, ‘Christmas Sledge Petit Gateaux’, ‘Christmas Tree (Cherry Jelly, Pistachio Sable, Honey Chocolate Mousse)’, ‘Clementine Tart’, ‘Plum Pudding With Mango and Rum Sauce’ etc.
From the unlimited selection of cocktails and spirits, you may try ‘Mulled Wine’, ‘Egg Nog’, etc.

There will be 10 live action counters serving hot appetizers and main course along with 14 varieties of desserts ranging from local delicacies to western pastries and a wide selection of unlimited alcohol, wine, liquor & beer.
An elaborate New Year’s Eve dinner will be on offer at Seasonal Tastes with live performance by Durjoy. The buffet will include ‘Oven Roasted Turkey’ and other savory dishes at the Meat Grills live station.
