X users facing global outrages, Downdetector data shows

Microblogging site X, which was previously known as Twitter, is facing outages in several countries, as per data released by Downdetector.

According to reports, people are unable to access the web or the internet version of tech entrepreneur Elon Musk-owned platform.

Over 20,000 user reports were logged on a website which detects and monitors downtime activity, reported Gadgets 360.

Social media users reacted to the development and posted their reactions on various platforms.

One of the users wrote on X: " everybody running to instagram because twitter is down."

" Everybody checking X right now! X is down! " another user wrote.
