New Delhi, July 10 (IBNS): Andhra Pradesh has once again topped the list of states in the new Ease of Doing Business rankings.

The result was released by the government on Tuesday.

Surprisingly Telangana, a newly formed state, has bagged the number two position.

Haryana and Jharkhand have been ranked third and fourth in the list.

Whereas, Gujarat has slipped from its position and came fifth in the list.

The rankings have been based on how well these states have implemented 405 business reforms initiatives identified by the Centre.

The analysis also incorporated feedback from businesses.

Meanwhile, Delhi has managed to come in the 23rd rank, slipping four slots.
