New Delhi, May 12 (IBNS): Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday appealed to the voters of the national capital to exercise their adult franchise.

He said that their vote can change the country.

Along with six other states of the country, polling to seven Lok Sabha seats is underway in Delhi.

Taking to Twitter, Kejriwal wrote: "Good morning Delhi. Go to cast vote. Vote for those who did your work. Do not vote for those who spread hate and stop work of Delhi. Your vote can change the country."

The seven parliamentary seats in Delhi this time are witnessing a contest between ruling AAP, Opposition BJP and the Congress.

The results will be announced on May 23.
