Bengaluru: Raids conducted recover Rs. 6 crores mostly in new notes

Bengaluru, Dec 1 (IBNS): In a huge raid conducted in Bengaluru on two individuals, Rs. 6 crores in cash, out of which nearly Rs. 5 crore in the newly introduced notes, have been recovered, media reports said.

The men, from whom huge cash were recovered, are reported to be senior bureaucrats.

According to reports, a probe has been launched to find out how these men got hold of so many new notes.

Besides cash, more than five kilos of gold and six kilos of jewellery were found.

Not limiting to these, a top-end sports cars like Lamborghinis were also found at the homes of the men, said reports.
