New Delhi, Feb 1 (IBNS): Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi on Sunday urged people of Delhi to bring back the party in power in national capital while she attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a 'pracharak' (propagator).

"The country is not run by sloganeering," Gandhi attacking the BJP and the AAP.

"One party one has a 'pracharak' while the other 'dharnebaaj' (protester). I am requesting you all to vote for the Congress and bring them to power," she said.

"You should save Delhi from the hands of those making hollow speeches," she said.

Attacking the AAP and their 49 days rule in Delhi, she said: "After the previous Delhi elections, we supported the AAP for a stable government. However, they ran away from power."

She said troubles like corruption, price rise and crimes against women have increased in the national capital in the past one year.

Gandhi said the Congress-government in Delhi had shaped up the national capital into a 'wonderful' city.

Gandhi slammed the PM and said his government had not delivered since coming to power at the Centre last year.

"Where is the black money which was promised before the polls?" Modi said.
