Cabinet clears Triple Talaq bill, to be tabled in Parliament next
New Delhi, Dec 15 (IBNS): The Cabinet has cleared the Triple Talaq bill, which will be tabled in the Parliament during the ongoing winter session, media reports said.
The Supreme Court had earlier declared the Triple Talaq, a practice to divorce Muslim women, as unconstitutional.
The top court had directed the central government to form a law banning the practice.
