Congress constitutes disciplinary panel for Uttarakhand

New Delhi: Congress has constituted a 'disciplinary action committee ' for the party's state unit of Uttarakhand, a senior party leader said on Saturday.

The panel will be headed by Nav Prabhat, as per a communique issued by Congress general secretary in-charge of Organisation, KC Venugopal.

Members in the committee include Mahendra Singh Pal, Ram Singh Saini and Prabhulal Bahugana, while Dhani Lal Shah was appointed as member secretary, the statement said.

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has appointed them following a proposal to constitute the panel, it added.
