New Delhi/Mumbai, Nov 4 (IBNS): A non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued on Friday against industrialist Vijay Mallya by a Delhi court for allegedly evading summons in a FERA violation case, according to media reports.

The court even observed that Mallya has scant regard for the law of the land and has no intention to return to India, media reported.

The court also issued another non-bailable warrant against the former liquor baron regarding a cheque bounce case.

The cheque bounce complaint was lodged by the GMR-led Delhi International Airport after three cheques, each for Rs 7.5 crore, issued by Mallya's Kingfisher Airlines were not honoured, media reported.
