Dipok Ch. Barthakur assumes office as VC Assam State Planning Board

Guwahati, Aug 10 (IBNS): Dipok Chandra Barthakur assumed office as Vice Chairman of State Planning Board, Assam on Wednesday.

An eminent social entrepreneur and activist, Barthakur has been appointed in the rank of a Cabinet Minister.

A recipient of several national awards, Barthakur is currently associated with several organisations.
