EAM S Jaishankar discusses sea change in India's ties with US, Israel with Jewish group

New Delhi: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday met with a delegation of the American Jewish Committee here and discussed the sea change in India-US ties and India-Israel relations since PM Narendra Modi-led government took over.

In a tweet, the EAM said that he conveyed appreciation for their support and their working with the Indian community groups in the US.

“Glad to meet American Jewish Committee delegation on their visit to India," the EAM said.

“Discussed about the sea change in India-US and India-Israel relationships since 2014," he said.

“Appreciate their sentiments and support, as also their working with Indian community organizations in the US,” he posted.

American Jewish Committee (AJC) is a global advocacy organization for the Jewish people.
