Family of four commits suicide in Hyderabad

Hyderabad/UNI; In a heart rendering incident, four members of a family including a girl allegedly committed suicide at Rupali apartment, Hapshiguda in the Tarnaka areas of Hyderabad.

The neighbours, who noticed when the family members were not responding while knocking on the door grew suspicious and alerted the police.

Thepolice broke open the door and found the body of Pratap hanging from the ceiling and three other bodies of family members lying on the floor.

The deceased were identified as Pratap (34), his wife Sindhura (32), his daughter Adya (4) and his mother.

The bodies were sent to Gandhi Hospital here for post-mortem.

Police said that the exact reason behind the extreme step of the family members would be known only after investigation and post-mortem report.

A case has been registered and an investigation is underway, police added.
