First Khadi mall of the country opens in Bihar

Patna/UNI: Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today inaugurated the first Khadi mall of the country in the state capital today.

Speaking on the occasion here, Mr Kumar affirmed that the first shopping Khadimall of the country would give a new identity to Khadi products.

He said Khadi mall would also encourage handicrafts exuding confidence thatthe mall would become popular in due course of time.

Mr Kumar said daily use products were also available at Khadi mall. Qualityhand made clothes and those sewn by machines would also be sold at the
Khadi mall.

Chief Minister said that products had been manufactured as per market demand.

He said customers would like products being sold at the mall as these had been manufactured as per people's taste.

State industry minister Shyam Rajak presented a memento to chief minister on the occasion.

Principal Secretary to CM Chanchal Kumar, secretary (industry) Narmdeshwar Lal, secretaries to chief minister Manish Kumar Verma and Anupam Kumar andother senior officers were present on the occasion.
