Indian PM Narendra Modi remembers APJ Abdul Kalam on birth anniversary
New Delhi: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday remembered former President APJ Abdul Kalam on his birth anniversary.
" India salutes Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Ji on his Jayanti," he tweeted.
डॉ. à¤à¤ªà¥€à¤œà¥‡ अबà¥à¤¦à¥à¤² कलाम जी को उनकी जयंती पर विनमà¥à¤° शà¥à¤°à¤¦à¥à¤§à¤¾à¤‚जलि। उनà¥à¤¹à¥‹à¤‚ने 21वीं सदी के सकà¥à¤·à¤® और समरà¥à¤¥ à¤à¤¾à¤°à¤¤ का सपना देखा और इस दिशा में अपना विशिषà¥à¤Ÿ योगदान दिया। उनका आदरà¥à¤¶ जीवन देशवासियों को सदैव पà¥à¤°à¥‡à¤°à¤¿à¤¤ करता रहेगा।

APJ Abdul Kalam, who was known as the Missile Man of India, played pivotal roles in INCOSPAR, ISRO, DRDO & the missile program from 1960 to 1999.
He served as the 11th President & was awarded the Bharat Ratna, Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan.
He died on July 27, 2015.
