LeT militant killed in Sopore encounter
Srinagar, June 23 (IBNS) A Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) militant was killed in an encounter, which started on Sunday evening in Sopore town of North Kashmir.
The gun-battle resumed earlier Monday morning.
The police said that in the ongoing encounter one LeT militant Mehmood Bhai was killed.
They said another militant is still holed up in a residential house.
Sources said: "We are in final touch to kill another militant."
