#LokSabhaPoll: AIMK candidate files nomination on opening day
Puducherry, Mar 19 (UNI) Akila India Makkal Kazhagam (AIMK) Candidate V Arunachalam filed his nomination papers for the April 18 Puducherry Lok Sabha Election, on the opening day on Tuesday.
Arunachalam filed his papers with District Election Officer Arun.
It is expected that his papers will be admitted as that of an independent since, his organization is not a registered one.
The last date for filing of nominations is March 26.
