Massive fire breaks out in Assam’s Haibargaon market, properties worth crore of rupees gut

Guwahati, Mar 23 (IBNS): Properties worth core of rupees were gutted after a massive fire broke out at Haibargaon market area in central Assam’s Nagaon district last night.

According to the reports, the fire erupted from a godown of Kothari brothers and reduced several nearby business establishments also.

The fire gutted properties valued crore of rupees.

Later on being informed, the fire tenders rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.

It is suspected that short circuit is the reason behind the fire.
