Mysuru: Teenager kills pregnant wife one day after marriage

Mysuru, Oct 19 (UNI) A nineteen-year-old boy who was forcefully married to his lover, killed his pregnant wife, a day after their marriage at Lakshmipura village in Periyapatana Taluk, here in the district.

According to police, accused Pawan (19) and his wife Nagamma studied together at Hunsur School till class 10 and were in love with each other.

During the course she became pregnant but Pawan did not accept her.

 

However, villagers forcefully married him on Oct 16. But the very next day on Oct 17, he murdered her.


The police have arrested the accused and a case has been registered.
