New Delhi, Sep 20 (UNI) A twenty-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence in West Delhi, police said on Friday.

The incident took place on Thursday at West Delhi's Tilak Nagar area. The woman was rushed to the nearby hospital where she was declared brought dead.

There was no suicide note found on her, police said.

However, involvement of a boy is being suspected in this matter and a case under section 306 IPC (Abetment of suicide) is being registered by the police.
No complaint of harassment was registered by the woman with the police station earlier.

Further probe is underway.
