One soldier killed, 5 missing in Himachal avalanche

Kinnaur, Feb 20 (IBNS): At least one Indian soldier has died and five others are trapped under snow in an avalanche that hit Namgya in north India's Himachal Pradesh today, media reports said.

The Indo-Tibetan Police Force is conducting rescue operations with the help of the district police.

The avalanche took place around 11am.
