Tonk, Feb 23 (IBNS): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday warned against targeting Kashmiri people across the nation and said the fight of the nation was for Kashmir and not against 'Kashmiris'.

Violence against Kashmir people has been reported from different parts of the country since 40 CRPF jawans were killed in a terror attack in Pulwama area of Kashmir.

"Our fight is for Kashmir, not against Kashmiris," Modi said while addressing a press conference in Tonk.

Modi said his government is fighting against 'terrorism'.

The Kashmir terror attack incident left the nation shocked.

From top politicians to several other countries condemned the incident.
